How does this team take this loss?

I hope they realize that they weren't supposed to win and move on wit some real confidence.

They were prepped to a point, and to be honest I don't think the staff thought they'd be where they were with 1:26 left.

I say a glimpse into the future, wiBO was fine for me. Hopefully the recruits saw how close we are.

I think you're right. We're further ahead than I expected to be. Smart recruits should see what's possible here, and the coaches better be selling them on how they would fit in and make the difference.

I hope they feel mostly in moral victory mode and part of their emotions being deflated and upset with the outcome.

And I think the staff feels they can win now. I don't think Barry expected to be anything but in the lead at the end of the game. We're good. He knows what he has.

Did anyone expect them to win except a few Mizzou faithful?

This team took them to the last play against a ranked team and had them on their heels for most of the game.

All arrows are pointing up.

I was thinking the same thing about the recruits and Jeff Thomas, in particular.

They looked like a big league offense last night and he can be a key figure from Day One.

They just need to reel in Drew Lock a little on thinking he can stick every throw into double coverage.

This offense has to look appealing to offensive players like Thomas.
