I smell an agenda on this board!!!

Dude beats Arky and we get destroyed by them. Dude destroys Arky St. and we beat them by 7 and he's not qualified. Pinkel came from the same school and nobody complains plus dude has label as an offensive wizzard and that's what we need. I haven't seen a legit reason yet on why he shouldn't get a fair chance for the position instead of the usual token interview.

Personally I don't want him to get the position, because he will find out why some kids protested firsthand. Please LORD don't let him get that coaching position for that reason only.

The only reason you need to not hire Campbell is this

I kind of agree with brownmajic... There are no real reasons to discredit Campbell. He is not first on my board simply because of the recruiting perspective.

It has nothing to do with no ties to the southeast of Missouri cause they honestly don't matter. We need an influx of talent to compliment our 2014 class. Consistent top 25 classes combined with great football minds is the only way for us to get back to Atlanta and for us to break through the glass ceiling.

I personally want someone with a championship pedigree that can sell players to come to Mid-Mo. You need the correct personality at the top to do that.

As I said elsewhere, I'm sure he's a fine young coach. I just don't think he's what we need at Mizzou. We need someone who can recruit, and I don't see how he could do this well in the SEC.

I think his agent is pushing this to force Rhoades hand.

Seriously? I hope Rhodes says GFY then. This is NOT the hire we need.

Emailed you, btw.

Honestly Iowa St makes a lot more sense for him than Mizzou. If he can win at Iowa St he will get a big time gig somewhere else. He will also be given a lot more breathing room at Iowa St and the pretty mediocre Big 12 than he would at an SEC school.

Let's also remember he's an Ohio guy, all of his connections are in the North.
