Is there really anyone that thinks beating UCONN and Idaho would be progress?

Let's see what the post win spin here looks like before answering that question.

Those wins have to be expected if Mizzou is to get to the 6-7 win range that was predicted by most analysts before the season.

It’s the last 4 games that will determine BO’s fate. Finish the season with 2-3 SEC wins and BO likely returns. Fewer than that combined with the early blowout losses and BO will be fired.

Progress is beating UConn and Idaho by 30 pts, winning 3 out of 4 conference games remaining and making it to a bowl.

That is, in my mind, the only way this guy keeps his job.

You are more obsessed with him than Trump is with Obama, Twitter, and the NFL players combined.

Odom probably thinks beating them will be progress. Odds are he's blow the BS smoke into a raging bonfire.

Satterfield is a good coach and they had to rally back to beat Idaho. Are we sure this is a automatic win?

While he is correct, Bernie is still a d-bag.

So we should lose to them? I have no idea what he's even trying to say. Nobody will pound their chest over beating Idaho.

It helps to read the article, not just the headline.

While Bernie may or may not be a dbag he was reasoned and spot on with his analysis. Only those at the highest elevation of BOback Mountain suffering with oxygen deprivation snd engulfed in a deep misty fog would fail to discern what is obvious to others.

Nope, won't be reading any Bernie articles.

Suffice to say, beating those two is expected and nothing to be gained from those games.

Win those two, and then 3 of the other 4 or better and we can talk about progress.

Like most of his stuff, it's just a goofy premise and his knowledge of Mizzou football is less than most of the posters on this board.

I like Bernie but that is as much of a hot take as warming over 3-day old pancakes out of the fridge.

I can't stand Bernie but you're right. He's just saying the same thing any lukewarm corpse could see about the state of the team.

I bet some will point to such wins after the season as signs that BO may be turning things around.
