After watching the scrimmage we are 8 deep

Assuming the starters are the same this season, minutes may look like:
MPJ, Barnett and Robertson 30 minutes each
Tilmon, Jontay, Phillips and Puryear 20 each
Harris 25.
5 left over minutes for Geist or CVL.

Worried about Tilmon, dude had 7 fouls in like 12 minutes of game time.

This is why I think Jontay starts. Unless Tilmon cuts down on his fouls, by a lot, hes not going to be playing very many minutes. Those minutes we need from him will come later.

this was also his issue in HS. and 7 fouls in a short time it a little worrisome

It is an issue, but he was going up against an elite player in his first game in an exhibition. Fouls are teachable as long as the player is. I expect him to clean things up a little as the defense overall is cleaned up.

It was his issue in high school with bad fouls, especially when teams double team him and they play tight defense on him. I noticed that by watching some of ESL whole game tapes on youtube. He also gets a lot of technical fouls.

Exactly. KU has a great team. They always do.. For our team to play as they did... I couldn't be happier.
Let's see where Tillman and his foul trouble is a month from now.
