Ballard says he and @YungSimba4 are leading the charge to put together a good class.

Almost sounds like Foster will commit here soon, eh?

Mark Kim? @MarkJKim_

J'den Cox tells ESPN he's talking with Barry Odom about joining the #Mizzou football team and the decision will be made in a few weeks.

What position did he play in high school?

I think he was a linebacker but not sure. Probably great for morale but i can't see him playing much. Technique is probably weak but strong as hell.

I was thinking the same thing. Still would be nice seeing him in uniform though.

I'm sure they could coach up Cox to play special teams and select defensive situations.

He played LB and I'd doubt he would play but then again, I'm not going to put anything past Cox.

Seriously, frick you Alabama.

They just offered Foster. They'll take him and stuff him on the bench for 3 years.

I'd say we are fricked now.

Bad thing is we haven't really been recruiting any other QBs that hard.

there is no reason MU should not be in at least the middle of the SEC recruiting pack. I really do not know why we went away from our successful TX recruting footprint to battle the established SEC powers on their home turf but I think we "may" have learned our lesson at least I hope so.
There is plenty of talent in our Midwest territory to include TX to accomplish what sould be our goal. However, to do so we must first dominate our home state and surrounding areas. What is dominate? Hard to quantify but would use this years crop as a hypothetical example. We need to sign 7 of the top ten local recruits and at least 2 of the 3 true top flight blue chips. If this would be done then I would say we effectively locked down our home state and I would predict at least a middle of the pack SEC class.
Will the above happen? currently I have very realistic doubts but could it,Yes. Should it? Well as MU alums and fans we should require it.

Okay, JQ everyone should have an opinion but please do elaborate with your thought out counterpoints to enlighten me and possibly persuade me exactly which of my points/rationale was so far astray so as to require a fervant blanket "wrong"??

to put more thought than that into refuting your childish speculations would be a waste of time.

Typical response by TJ of a person who has no specific points to utilize in even a half hearted effort to respond. Well I can at least appreciate that you kind of tried to interject yourself in JQ's behalf but no debate or logic points granted for your gutteral intervention

I'm skeptical, but I hope we land him. Hopefully he gets his 4th star now that Bama offered lol
