Dammit! He's an Iowa legacy but I had hope. Let's hope Iowa gets the shite kicked out of them this year.

Know anything about the 3* QB we landed in Micah Wilson? I know he chose Mizzou over Boise State, but Rivals also said he received an offer from Colorado State. Looks like Heupel really liked the kid. Listed at 6'3 200 lbs and has a 4.5 40 time.

HUDL of a 2018 kid from Parkway North. Not bad at DE/DT/OT for a sophomore playing varsity. Be interesting to see if he develops. I am sick of seeing Iowa in our state though.

Excited to learn that 2018 OL/DL Michael Thompson will attend camps at Iowa and Mizzou!

I was hoping Wilson would be the secondary in St. Louis to help Ford Lock Down the area. Ford is just Weak.

Davis can play. Here is his JR film. Everything says we want him at WR but he's very impressive as a RB.

I don't get the Ford hate. So many of the top players over the last 15 years were guys he recruited.

Ford was also rated as one of the top 10 assistant coaches in the country. Plus, St. Louis has never had an allegiance to Mizzou.

Can't work both ways...if coaches like Ford, and he's a top 10 assistant (according to whom?) then why can't he build a loyal St. Louis base? I'm sure he's a nice guy, but recruiting is sales and relationship building, and he has proven he doesn't have it.

When you say "StL has never had an allegiance to Mizzou" then you're saying Ford has not built allegiances in StL. He needs help from a strong secondary. Now, in all fairness, I don't think there was a strong salesman on the whole Pinkel staff. I think Ford's tenure & Wilson's sales skills, would have been a formidable team in StL.

Disagree about Ford. He has really turned STL around in their views toward Mizzou. GP had the habit of making the entire staff sign off on a recruit before signing him. Which several recruits didn't like.

Also Cross would have been the guy to help there. Him being from STL.

I thought Cross was assigned in TX.
