Signs a 6'7" center rated 12th overall and 2nd best center for girl's BB. She averaged 19 pts, 17 reb, and 4 blocks per game.

I still will have a tough time watching womenz BB, but congrats to Vic for putting things together.

You don't think it's a top 5 college sport in terms of exposure / popularity nationwide?

It is, but that's because there is nothing else.

I think you'd have to go off of attendance and broadcast ratings? Man, I guess I would be surprised if Ladies hoops beat out Mens college baseball or even collegiate hockey up north for eyeballs.

Now, ESPN may have more coverage/highlights of women's hoops, but I always kind of thought that wasn't a demand thing but more of a promoting it or trying to give equal coverage where they could...

Edit: That may make it #5 on the list

Coach spoke to our group Saturday morning. I don't know about his on court coaching expertise but the man has a gift of the gab. I could see him doing a fine job recruiting and working a room. He mentioned this 6'7" person (not by name obviously, as she had not yet signed) and a transfer that was on campus this weekend. I think we picked her up, too. The guy is impressive (funny, too).

The other girl he signed has 2 years experience at Okie State. She will have to sit out a year, but she looks like a pretty solid PG. She's a very good addition.
