Credit goes to the thread on SECrant comparing Dak & Cam but this is a good thread from April 30, 2016. TeLeFaWx nails it! Just needed to repost it.

This should be on the main page. It has all the trappings. TF wishing for def, coonass in thread, wrong position predictions, etc...

Let me summarize for the lazy readers. Some pure gold here... No love for Zeke either...

?He'll be a fullback or tight end

Solid water boy

As a Cowboys fan, this feels like a wasted pick. Wish we went defense.

Very good college QB, just don't think it translates to the NFL.

No, drafting Ezekiel Elliott 4th overall was a wasted pick.

Dak Prescott was a really good QB in college. I don't think he's cut out to be the Cowboys starter. He'll play if Romo gets hurt over the next couple seasons, but he's not a long term solution,

Drafting a running back with the 4th overall pick is almost always a wasted pick. Even if they're good.

I don't like the pick. The Cowboys should have went with someone more ready to play this year in case Romo goes down. Dak is a project that may never be good enough to start.

I didn't like the McGee pick then and I don't like the Prescott pick now.

Dak is a wasted pick because he lacks the talent of Manziel.

Dak will be nothing more than a backup project that gets abandoned when his rookie contract runs out because no team wants to waste even the veteran minimum on a guy they know has no future.

It's overwhelmingly likely that it was a wasted pick and the Cowboys could have gotten some legitimate defensive depth instead. Sorry if that offends you.

If Romo is hurt, Dak Prescott isn't going to save the season. It was a wasted pick.

He has so much talent that the Cowboys rated Conner Cook and Paxton Lynch ahead of him. None of the other 31 teams thought he was any better.

McGee at least won a game for the Cowboys, something I don't think Prescott will ever do.

He is much more likely to be a backup for a couple of years before being cut

A 4th round linebacker likely isn't going to start, but that player will provide needed depth and might be able to contribute on special teams.

The 4th round of the draft is where you get a nickel and dime DB or a RB. There is proven production in the 4th in roles like that EVERY SINGLE YEAR. Not a QB that's not going to see the field.

Dak doesn't fit in to the Cowboys system at all

It was 100% a wasted pick because there is no value there.

Think I'm going to just dedicate my sig to TeLeFaWx.

Appears I am going to have to get on a computer to format it though.
