Anyone else agree that Les needs to be shown the exit door and advise him to not let it hit him when he leaves?

Do you not think the "changes needed to offensive coaching staff" thread directly below/above this would possibly be discussing the same thing?

I don't know engie. He did come at it with a completely new angle**

Reading the board that you are referring to, it seems to me, fans seem to think he needs to be dismissed due to lack of recruiting, my question is not based on that. My question is based on simple principles of running a efficient offense that is capable of putting points on the board in a consistent manor. In his stint at MSU, the offense has changed like the weather, and we never know if we will score a single point or not. With the kids we have, there should be no excuse that we not score. Our athletes can play with the best, but there like a horse on a reins, if you hold them back there not going to preform. That's where I see the program, reined back due to the coach, not the kids.

I feel like the only receiving patterns we run are 5-7 yard curl routes and quick outs

From every player I had class with they always said that we started fricking up when Mullen started calling the plays. FWIW I have never like keonning since day one. Our O has no spunk to it and is awfully predictable

Disagree, man. I think we should let the door hit him.

I have no idea if that is true or not but heck Mullen got our HC job based primarily off his prowess and an OC.

I actually agree with you and have started numerous "Fire McKoenning" threads. Every time I see him he reminds me of a sweet old grandmother sitting in her rocking chair knitting and singing hymns. We need a bad-arse motherfricker for an OC. One who is fired up and screaming at these kids. Way too many pre-snap penalyies, missed assignments and misreads on plays. Players missing routes and the overall sputter of our offense makes it obvious to me that he needs to go.
Mother fricker is Woody McCorvey 2.0

I really don't know if it's Koennings fault. I think a lot of it has to do with Mullen mis-managing

Hudspeth would have already snapped Koenning in half at a pep rally by now.

Hud's OC @ North Alabama is out there RIGHT NOW and is ripe for the taking...
Has put together 3 top 20 pass offenses from a spread -- without using a guy that could run AT ALL until some in the second half of this season. Was Hud's first choice to be his OC at ULL, but turned it down to stay at Troy(his alma mater). I'd think he would probably jump at a chance in the SEC...

I believe that Mullen is about to prove, once again, that he will make changes and do what it takes to get us to the next level!
Furthermore, I believe that he sees the same problems that we see and is willing to make adjustments to fix those problems...

I think I will save the happy dance for when positive changes are actually made.

Gonzales?
Correct.
It's still in negotiation... not a done deal just yet. I shouldn't have mentioned it until it's finalized, just got too fired up.
I see that there's already a lot of speculation ab it on 24/7... My info is not coming from there...
