Lol no Lashley? He's only the #1 OT prospect in the state. Damn, I've always kind of agreed with the selection, but this year's group is hit and miss at best.

Btw, is anyone else a little concerned that our recruitment of interior d-linemen has been underwhelming lately? Even the top two hs guys in the state for 2016 are committed elsewhere. This is a position of great need and we're getting our asses kicked. We could also lose C.Jones after this season and James is still an unknown imo.

Historically this has been a position of strength for us.

This years group is atrocious, but it's the CL. I've come to expect no better.

Huh?

Tre Brown would have had a scholarship out of high school had his grades been good. Last year we signed Fletcher Adams, Kendall Jones, and TD Moton (Will be enrolled in August). The year before that we got Corey Thomas, Grant Harris, and Braxton Hoyett.

Jones probably sticks with Ole Miss, but Davis has a good chance to flip. Then you have Kobe Jones. That's two of three in-state we probably end up with. We've got a few others we will end up with as well.

We will be fine on the interior of the D-Line. Just wait and see. You shouldn't be worried.

He's a complete project. I would not have put him over any one in this list.

I'm not sure what the criteria for Dandy Dozen is anymore. I'm guessing it's last years numbers plus college projectability.

Either way, Dickens has a solid offer sheet plus 24 TFL and 17 sacks last year. No way he should be left off.

Obviously not since they have 2 QBs on there who won't end up at power 5 schools

Howard currently holds several offers from P5 schools. Abrahams numbers plus his Tulane commitment is good enough for me. I have no problem with him being on there.

Regardless of put Marquiss Spencer over Dickens anyway... More dominant currently on top of being projected very well to the next level because of his size

Spencer is a sign and place I've been told. If he weren't he'd be a 5* recruit by the end of next season. He is a wrecking machine with 20 something sacks his junior year.

I cannot figure out why everyone is freaking out over Lashley being left off. DD is best HS players, not prospects. Lashley has started half a season on the OL in his career. Nothing he's done on the field validates DD. you could make a good argument that he's the best prospect in MS but that's not the DD.

Damien Dickens is not a project and was probably the biggest screw job on the whole list.

I'm partial to Abraham but it should not be both he and Howard. Howard got a state title last year and silly stats so you could make an strong argument for him too.

Justin Conner was questionable and Jordan Dimcan was highly questionable.

You could take off Abraham/Howard, Duncan, & Conner and replace with Nero Nelson, Damien Dickens, and Daniel Crowell and have a much better list that rewards the best HS players w/some credence to college upside imo
