The shoe companies are highly influential in college basketball recruiting. Plus we probably got Howland in the first place because of Adidas ties.

I like their fan merchandise and the more traditional version of our uniforms. I'm not a fan of the gimmicky stuff from any company.

This. Addidas is good to us and for us. Sure I would rather have nike football unis, but they help our baseball and basketball programs out a lot and we are just another school with Nike.

As far as running shoes I don't feel like the stores I go to recommend either Nike or Adidas.

I'm a nike guy myself, but understand why we are adidas and how much they mean to our program.
You'd have to be blind to not see what a comeback Adidas is making. Kanye West is the leader of the fuccbois who will buy anything with an Adidas logo on it.
