Finally updated the OP. Sorry guys I've kinda been on hiatus for a while.

what was this time? Clap treatment or rehab for crack?
So if we sign the committed and finish with Gay and Avery, this class is a success?

Looks like we are reeling in Guidry, so add the #1 JUCO WR to that criteria for success. Honestly, he may be the biggest single need right now. He and Autry/Pope are going to be immediate contributors.

What about Champion on the OL?

We'll see. I would temper expectations for Champion to be an immediate contributor. I really wish he could fill that RT spot next year but it seems he will be sliding inside. We have 74729924884 guards and no tackles.

Which is amazing seeing as we seem to only recruit tackles and then move them as needed.
Going to pitch Mullen the idea of cutting out another moving part, just stop recruiting OL's completely. Sign a shitload of tight ends and then move them inside depending on their skill set and how much weight they can carry. He's going to think I'm a genius and give me a job.

If Champion is a big contributor next year it's because he picks up everything really fast in spring/summer or we have a lot of injuries.

David Johnson: State isn't in it for Cole or Abrams
57 minutes later: Cole commits to Mississippi State

I'm going to catch shite for it on the recruiting board but I don't think it's an option for Avery to commit to us right now. Hauling in this JUCO class is incredible, could be the best class we've ever had.

Yeah, what's up with Louisville coming into MS like have been doing and always popping up,on our guys?

I'm still butt hurt they beat us out for Jackson, but at this point I don't think Auburn or State still has a commitable offer for Avery.
Does seem that they've been dipping into the state more though, Petrino knows where the goods are.

Naw. I don't think that's anywhere close to right.

I mean 1) we simply don't have room. 2) where would he play? 4* or not he isn't fast enough to play D1 safety, and would be our slowest LB.

I'm not going down this road with you lol
CJ Avery is a take. The numbers always work themselves out.
Personally, I would rather have the Archie kid. The CB are puzzling though.
