Maybe it's just me, and it's not just this shitty start... But I feel like this team is overrated. I don't think we are as bad as this start, though - it's 1st game jitters. I was shocked when all of the rankings came out.

Eh, wasn't that bad. There were a lot of good things and a ton of upside, which is basically the opposite of last year.
A lot of mistakes that will get cleaned up as guys mature. 17 hits against a good team is great to see. This is the most talented team I've ever seen us have.
ETA: Without Gavin Collins and about 2-3 others that were suspended for the opener. Good experience for some young pitchers too, ones that we need to come along to have the season we want.

I seem to remember people saying this last year and it never happened.
We lost to them twice and got shutout yesterday. I'm not feeling too confident right now. We are recruiting great talent but it just feels...sloppy, undeveloped the past couple of years.
