I’ll say it. Inside I’ve always felt Saban is still a Tiger fan.
And of course he is stating the obvious. Makes me just upset with how good our offense was last year and all we needed as an average defense. Average.

It’s no coincidence Saban went after Louisiana guys as hard as he did. Saban intentionally did things to try and bring down LSU. He knows the ceiling at LSU is higher than anywhere in the country outside of 2-3 schools.

I don't think so . Saban spent 17 seasons at Alabama. Not many coaches stay that long at the same school these days.

He must have been a real idiot, because Clemson was his main competition. He should have been recruiting their recruits. Saban didn’t think twice about LSU unless he was scouting them.

National Titles since Saban took over at Bama:
LSU 2
Clemson 2
Clemson never recruited habitually in the top 3-10 like LSU does. Good thing for Saban is that 2 Neanderthals were running the LSU program. Most wins against Saban @ Bama? LSU and Auburn tied for the most each. You’d have to be dense to not have seen some of the things Saban did to try and knock LSU off a pedestal.

Saban retires and lsu fans no longer hate him less. He’s a turd to all lsu fans but no one wants to play him. Anyways, who cares! This is the easiest schedule I’ve seen in a while.

Yeah, I haven’t seen LSU with an easier schedule ever playing USC, Alabama, Oklahoma, UCLA, A&M, Ole Miss, etc. we really got lucky with such a cakewalk.
