Crazy. It wasn’t long ago we were watching Brandon Harris, Anthony Jennings, Etling, etc.

TBF Harris was a stud coming out of HS. He just never panned out for whatever reason.

Do not put our hero Etling in the same breath as Jennings and Harris lol. Him and Met were the best QBs we had for like a 15 year stretch

Yes he was the #2 QB, balled out in All-Star hs game. He fizzled under Less, always had a scowl on his face.

Les killed qb’s. It was awful. His worst fault I.e. coaching.
Danny Etling was a first class warrior. I loved his grit. I hope he’s doing well.
I thought about Russell Shepard the other day. Les completely bungled that.
I don’t think Les knew what qb’s were for.

My kids were not old enough to really start paying attention to LSU football until 2019. I told them last night that what they have seen is not normal for LSU football.
