The crowd yesterday was great out there, but bicycle guy was out there and kept heckling the cf with "hey Parker, your girlfriend Anna is hot". I was miserably hung over and didn't have the will to talk over him.

Thoughts on our current slide? Good that it's happening now and not at the end of season? Fixable?

We just aren't a good hitting team but we were finding ways to win. The guys got a little to comfortable and I think there are a couple of guys that have slacked off and that has caused others to follow suit. Yesterday I watched our centerfielder, whom I have nothing but good things to say about, make an error and then not back up Zellers on a ball that was hit to left. As Zellers hit the wall, the ball went 30 feet away and our CF was standing watching, 30 yards away. The only way things are going to change is if they change their attitude. I'd say the sweep and now losing a home series, to UT, would make you change your attitude.

Post season time. At least we made Hoover but we will have to go deep for a shot at the NCAA. I really hoped we would finish strong and sweep Mizzou to make our bubble more solid. Instead we did not even come away with the series.

Learned some interesting behind the scenes stuff and would explain most of the problems. Hopefully they learn a lesson.

I've lost your email. Send me one and I'll tell you. I just don't feel comfortable putting kids on blast on a message board. Especially since they have to travel to stadiums that have a ton of fans on this board. FWIW, it wasn't a particular incident. Just a lot of attitudes need adjusted.

Did anybody go to the SEC softball or NCAA softball this spring? If numbers were good it may mean hosting both in the future.
