So the Vandy game becomes the biggest game of the Stoops Era

At least I think so. This season is not lost yet, a bowl and a decent bowl is still possible.
Vandy is an OK team with little offensive power. UK needs a good performance to win this game.
What i don't like about what I saw on TV last Saturday, was limited energy by players on the field. Are they mailing it in already?
I feel like we have a cyclical situation on offense. Towles is wildly inconsistent, one throw is behind or over the head of the receiver, then he hits them in stride, and it's dropped. Is it because they don't trust a catchable ball?
The defense has regressed. They are poor tackers and out of position. They also seem to be giving up on plays quickly.
I still think they can finish the season 3-0 at the end. Could also easily finish 1-2.
Stoops needs to get the fans back, and a win on the road will go a long way to putting the last 3 weeks behind us.

How have your special teams been? That was the real killer for us against Gata.

We have the worst special teams in the history of football.
MSU, UT and Georgia exposed us badly. If we punt or you punt, we lose.

Awful. As much as I like Stoops, I think he lost his mind when he decided to try coaching special teams by committee. It's the #1 priority for the off-season.
I fear if it's a low scoring matchup and your offense gets in any kind of rhythm, it's a loss for us. It sounds like Stoops is going to play both Barker and Towles, but that's a hell of a defense for Barker to have to cut his teeth against.

It's not quite that simple since we have had punts of 11 and 12 yards this season and no, I'm not talking net of the return!

I think right not the whole team is "special"
On a serious note, UK has historically been know as Punter U so why this was not one thing we actually carried forward boggles my mind.
