So basically...
He's requesting to be reinstated but if he isn't he's just going to post as an alter anyway.
Sounds like a douche. Why not reinstate him for a day or two, then ban him and his alters again

When he was banned, after we got more than 22 wins I made a thread with my TD throwaway email for him to send me an apology and he emailed me.
