Chicken, is it against site rules to bait another poster into banishment?

for example, let's say I want a specific user to be banned. I develope a plan (3 prong attack/trap) to purposefully lure said user into a banishment scenario.
Let's say this user is too stupid to realize what is going down, but most other users and/or admins realize the game.
Would I be a protected user per SECRant bylaws, or would I be held accountable for whatever took place?
I'm not saying Phase 1 of this completely hypothetical 3 prong strategy has already occurred. And I'm not saying that the name of this plan is Operation Granite Garfield.
More or less I'm asking for a friend of a friend.

I don't create alters, ArmyHogs. I'm surprised that you haven't yet realized that mizzoukills is an admin approved alter. Therefore, why alter into an alter?
