For the ones that don't know what it means it's your total max for bench, squat and deadlifts.

I personally have been out of shape since I have a 2yo and I work out of town during the week and I am only home to work out on the weekends.

I am pretty sure I can max out Over the 1000 but I hurt my back several years ago so I am easing into the squats/deadlifts and I am trying to get my working sets totals over the 1000

I'm at 275 for all my lifts right now (working sets) 5-6 reps

I was at 315 but I kind of regressed when I went on vacation

Anyway how is everyone else? I feel like I'm doing ok for an out of shape 35yo just getting back into it

i'm a pretty small dude like 5'5 150lb.

It will take me a while to get there. I believe for the 1000lb club it's just your 1 rep max for each.

Deadlift - 345
Squat - 255
Bench - 255

Still a ways to go. and yes my squat sucks, i'm aware

If I can go touch and go on bench I'm at..

Bench: 335
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 450

1190 total at nearly 46 at 192lbs. Trying to shed some excess body fat, but I like to eat. The struggle is real.

If we are following regular powerlifting rules, I'm at 1170 or so with a 315 bench.

ETA: If you add in strict shoulder press, I'm at 1410 with a 220lb lift.

Definitely a worthy goal to have...I dunno if I'll ever hit it, but it would be nice.

my current goals are:

Bench- 225
Squat- 315
Deadlift - 315

I've never really maxed out before, but those are numbers I've never done before and feel like they're good goals for my ability.

My PRs in each, on separate days are
Bench - 445

I really need to work on my squats and DL I'm just nervous with the old back injury so any time I get sore or tweak it a little I get overly cautious

At age 42 now I just got back in to lifting to get the 1000lb club. Well that and get my fat arse in shape. Hopeful to have it by the end of 2017.

I have a long way to go. I need about 100 lbs on each of my big 3. I just started lifting in January after not ever really doing any serious lifting. I've certainly gone up a ton in the last six months, but I have a lot of progress to make.

I guess that's the fun part of going to the gym - challenging myself to get stronger each workout.

Right now - 5'10" at 165 lbs
Bench - 165
Squat - 245
Dead - 285

515 Deadlift
410 Back Squat
??? Haven't max benched in years. My push press is 265 so I'm guessing it's more than that for sure.

33 years old. 6'1 and 207 lbs

Been doing Crossfit for almost 4 years

I do CrossFit and I still find time to bench.

My push press is 265 so his bench max is probably close to mine.
