Who's the "home" team this year for Cocktail Party and where can I get tickets?

My dad, and I usually try to make it to one game a year, and we've been to the swap about 6 times now. We've never been to the UGA/FLA game so we're thinking about trying that one out. Where's the best place to get tickets for that game?

Just buy some outside the stadium
