If UF had a competent FG kicker, I think this is a totally different game. UF scores an early FG - another at the end of the half, and then another at the beginning of the 4th quarter to make this a 13-9 game (at worst).
Then UF gets the safety and has a chance to win with a FG.
Outside of the QB issues, and the OL being a steaming pile of shite, I think that is actually Florida's biggest issue right now.

Consider that in the FAU and FSU games combined, UF has attempted to place kick the ball on either a FG or extra point 7 times, and only converted 2. 2-7. 1 missed extra point, 4 missed FG. Mother of god....

Simple solution....punch the damn ball into the end zone and we wont have to worry about FGs.
Our MVP is Johnny Townsend...what a weapon to have...he punts so damn high and deep that I expected rain to start falling.
