Here's my theory on TJ. See TJ, unlike the vast majority of us, hasn't been a Gator fan his whole life. He doesn't know the history of the program and the obstacles that UF has overcome in order to become the powerhouse it has finally become. In my opinion, TJ probably became a fan in 2006, when Urban Liar on his first championship and then hopped on the bandwagon. Since Urban had his heart attack from whatever caused him to need "family time" (I've heard the rumors), TJ here has been pissy. Pissy that his bandwagon dried up and he's no longer sitting on what he thinks is the "cool kid's table" with the Bammers and the Buckeyes. TJ looks at them enviously and sulks at the great program he already has and decides that in order to make himself seem cool to everyone else, he has to put down his loyalties so he looks like a "real fan." It's really sad when it comes down to it, but I guess he likes sucking up to Bammer and Corndogs because it gives him a false sense of self esteem.

I've been a fan since I was 5 in 1990, so you can suck my dick. I can't believe after all these NCs and SEC titles and great teams you guys are fine with 9-10 wins and just showing up. You've lowered your expectations to a Group of 5 school. JUST BECAUSE I EXPECT ZOOK, MAC OR WM TO MEET THE SAME GOALS AS SOS OR UM DOESNT MAKE ME ANY LESS OF A FAN THAN YOU. SO KINDLY GO frick YOURSELF YOU frickING count.

I WOIULD HAVE AN ACTUAL frickING OFFENSE FROM A GOD DAMN OFFENSIVE COACH INSTEAD OF BEING BEHIND THE GUY YOU JUST FIRED AND PLENTY OF OTHER TEAMS THAT HAVE ZERO PROBLEMS ON OFFENSE. FUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU ALLLL YOPU CAN TAKE THOSE EAST TITLE TSHIRTS AND CRAM THEM UP YOUR ASSES! I'D RATHER HAVE THIS:

THAN THIS:

That post is proof that TJGator should change his name to TJTraitor because he obviously does everything he can to make UF, Foley, Mac look as bad as possible while claiming that he is a Gator fan.

We have some shitty arse fans and TJ is rising on the list, straight to the top.

Gee, I've been a fan since 1962 when I was 15 yrs old.

Never occurred to me to bash coaches or the program...no matter what.

If we go 11-1 someone or two will be awfully quiet?

There is a difference between cognitive dissonance and being a complete butthole.

You sir, are a butthole.

So basically what you are saying TJ is that you believe Muchamp is a better coach then McElwain.

No. I'm saying Jim McElwain hasn't delivered on fixing the offense like he so arrogantly stated he would and the stats and facts show that yes he won the east but it was due to WM players. That he is almost a carbon copy of WM when it comes to running a program from hires to his bad recruiting. He's added a little more talent on the offensive side of the ball but his defensive recruiting is subpar at best. He's benefited from an easier schedule and more nfl talent than WM had. How does an offensive coach have the worst offenses in the last 20+ years and finish behind the guy that just got fired that started A kid just out of HS and freshman all over the offense?

He was able to win the East because he had:

WM players on defense
1St rd
VH3
Neal
3Rd RD
Bullard

Projected Nfl draft picks

1St

Tabor
Wilson

1-2
Davis
Brantley
2-3
Maye

4-7

Anzalone
Ivie
McMillan

There are no more excuses going into year 3.

Just choose a different team to root for TJ, it's that simple. I'm in no way a huge Mac fan, but for the love of all things holy. You sound utterly ridiculous.

Is the recruiting where it needs to be?

No, but signing day is 2 weeks away. Wait til it's over to bitch.

Your love of Muschamp is bizarre. The guy was a terrible head coach at UF, TERRIBLE!

How about you suck my dick

Or

How about Mac hire a staff that can coach and recruit so that way we aren't scrambling to hire coaches after others like Locksley tells us no. How about Rumph recruit more DTs other than Projects with offers to James Madison?

Why don't you go root for Temple or Georgia St? The expectations are to win titles here. Not get rings for just showing up. You guys are fine with mediocrity clearly you're on the wrong board. I'm sure MSU, UK and Vandy would love to have You.

No, I don't think anybody is fine with mediocrity or with losing. We all want national championships (although I don't think you want us to win a national championship under Mac, which again, baffles me)

I think everyone here outside of you and Finch have the mental capacity to see that it takes more than 2 seasons to build up and develop an offensive roster.

I think you need to learn how contracts work as well. We can't hire positions that aren't open. We can't replace Nord and Summers right now, they have one month left on their contract, so why would we buyout of their contract when it expires in a month and we could just not re-up the contract? There was one spot open, Locksley was offered, apparently Alabama offered the same position, and he took it with Alabama. That's on the administration, again, for dragging their feet and not making it happen. You and I and any other fan don't know what Mac's next move would be. So it's unfair to say there isn't a backup plan in place. Again, that's you being a dick.

As for the defense: How did it look with basically the entire defense for next year playing in the bowl game? Jabari Zuniga was the first freshman to get 5 sacks in a year for UF since 1987. Chauncey Gardner had stats as a freshman in basically 3 games that were up there with the all time greats at defensive back. Vosean Joseph really came into his own the more playing time he got. Marcell Harris has developed so much from when he first got on campus. Jordan Sherit developed into a good player before his injury. David Reese was on the All-Freshman Team and was 3rd on the team in tackles as a true freshman.

And there's many more examples. We're going to be fine on defense. Now we gotta just find a way to get you off this board so we can discuss Gator issues without a troll ruining every thread

Iowa had the 120th ranked offense. We won't be playing many of those. They had zero offensive talent.
