FSU played top offense all year and had injuries too. Our schedule wasn't murders row at all.

So much horseshite...where do I start? Its the same bullcrap when we lose a game and we have a QB...he is r/sing which agree with 110%...he wasnt ready yet and the year of being on the team will do wonders...you cant throw a true frosh into the fray unless his name is Hurts and expect much. Look at our rivals...Ga Tech beat UGAs true frosh. UT with a sr QB lost to Vandy. It could be worse folks. Ole Miss's true frosh QB came down to earth with a thud.
We all (right?) wanna win and no one more than me....but it is plain to see that the OL isnt quite ready to play a great defense two weeks in a row. Brady or Brees couldnt do much with the fierce pass rush AA had in his face and although he made some mistakes...he damn sure tried to make plays and with zilch running game the girls school just flat out came after him.
There are a lot of reasons to be optimistic about next year...Fast Eddie and Townsend both come back making our special teams the best in the SEC. Calloway and Cleveland both will be back and other than a few reserve players our offense returns intact for the next QB. The defense will still be salty and the schedule is favorable. So lets stop the bullshite torch and pitchfork crap.

AA had time. He either checked down too quickly or caused a sack. The OL passed block as well as they could. Run blocking was a mess. Nord, Summers ans Nusschamp need to be fired after the bowl game. There's freshman starting all over the country at QB reel. AA does zilch for the future. What happens when we have a freshman qb with zero experience going up against Michigan, Tamu, UT, UGA or LSU? We don't even know if Trask, franks or Allen can even play at this level. I'm betting Mac doesn't make wholesale changes on staff and he trots LDR out there in 2017, because he knows the playbook. This putrid offense is winning because of defense. A defense that has been replaced with 3*s and 2 DTs in the last 3 years. We're gonna be like Vandy next year without depth or talent. Lucky to get to 6 wins.

As a Coach, all you can do is get the matchup you want by scheme. The players have to execute. The plays were there, the execution wasnt.

I am all for giving Mac time to fix this, but if he trots Luke Del Rio out as our starting qb next season. We're finished.

Wrong TJ. He didnt have much time with DBs holding on to our Wrs and having refs not call it or have your RB totally out of position leading to a sack. Was AA great? No, of course not but he was trying to be careful with the ball. We were simply over matched by a defense at home in a rivalry game.

Yeah theres frosh all over the country at QB....have you seen UGAs results? Hurts is successful because he can run and throw. If our coaches felt a few weeks ago that one of our frosh was ready and could win games...dont think they wouldnt have inserted them. frick TJ...do you think a frosh QB thrown into the LSU game would have done better than AA? Hell no. We didnt have any turnovers. You have all the answers but not really the questions.
Relax and enjoy being a Gator TJ...seriously. The girls school is second fiddle in our state. Always will be. If you looked at the Duke-Univ of New Jawsey @ Coral Gables game on TV...it was comical...I swear no more than 25-28,000 "fans" tops in their rented stadium 1 hr from campus. And thats with thousands of tix given away to charitable organizations.

I hate the Pro Style Offense. We tried this already with Champ. We just dont get those players needed for it to work

Yeah I watched the game...every second of it. Was it fun to watch? Not most of the time...but I dont stop being a Gator because of it. I bet you are the life of the party, maybe in Tallyban. Not worried one bit about anything Finch...Im a big boy.

We won the east when the east has been at its worst. Its getting fuzzy but I remember the days when I felt we could score every drive I don't even think we can score in a half right now. We are literally a 98 yard pass and missed tackle away from not getting an offensive TD in 2 games. 0-12 on 3rd down is a fricking joke.

How many of these things that you listed puts points in the board for our football teams? Sounds like to me you're trying to polish a turd. FSU has basically owned us the passed 6 years. They even recruit better.

Broadcasters said FSU hadn't held an opponent to 0'fer on 3rd down since the 80s.
FSU finished in the top 5 from 87-00 and during all that time, and the 16 years since, didn't do that to an opponent. Till Saturday. Think of all the years FSU played terrible schedules, and when the ACC was the worst conference in the nation. Didn't happen. Till this Saturday.

Changes are needed on the Offensive coaching staff.
I'm not going to blame the QB a lot for Saturday night as he didn't have time to drop back and set his feet before getting pressured. That would be like criticizing the running back for not getting more yardage when they hit before they take the handoff.
O line is still the biggest problem on offense along with play calling, but what can you call when there is no blocking?

Nuss needs to be fired. And McElwain himself should be fired if he doesn't make a Big 6 bowl next year.
