In trouble -again- charged with misdemeanor trespassing.

Dont jump with this crap...he was issued a citation...wasnt arrested and he went into an impound parking lot through an opening to speak to a operator on site..either he or a friend had vehicle impounded...nothing more and nothing less.
These impound lots are just sleazy operations usually. They dont want to talk to someone...they just want $$$$.
I can tell you from experience in New Orleans that it is crazy how the city there impounds vehicles at every single chance.

I had a car towed at a Saints game, dome parking was full and parked under an overpass with a hundred other cars. After the game, all cars were gone. Security guard just kept repeating "Canal St. impound" $100 cash to get car.

Nobody is worse than the Crescent city police...corrupt to the freaking core....towing there is BIG business and police get a cut. Its outrageous. New Orleans and La in general dont cotton to strangers...thats why they dont market the city much at all.
Florida is all about being friendly to snow birds and the cash $$ they spend...its why our taxes are kept fairly low.
I just hate driving in traffic from late Oct to mid April because of the fricking tourists that cant drive over 20 mph and I get road rage thoughts

Oh yeah, not the physical kind. I had an associate who was selling my merchandise without my consent and said if I objected to it that he would cancel all of my contracts that we had with mutual friends.
Fortunately no one has cancelled and all is well.
