Before the year, I picked this game as a loss for UF.

Obviously now UF is a favorite, but we haven't seen a let down game yet.

ECU is the closest thing to a let down so far this season, and having two weeks of people telling UF that they should easily beat UGA worries me.

UGA on paper has more talent imo.

Would not be surprised at all if we lose Saturday.

Not anymore. Outside of kicker, OL is the only position group that UGA has the advantage in. The rest is push or advantage UF.

Edit: Muschamp is at Auburn as well. The only coach that Richt beat consistently.

Has a 2012 game kinda feel. We were coming in as expected favorites and literally fumbled the game away.

Big difference though, UF doesn't have Muschamp anymore.

OL has to play well, they've had two bad games in a row.

Antonio Callaway is listed as questionable for the game with a foot injury. X-Rays negative and they expect him to play. Hopefully he plays.

UGA has 3 QB's practicing with the 1st team and are unsure who they will be starting. That works in our favor.

Georgia made Missouri's run game non-existent. But that's not hard playing a team that cant throw. They had huge problems stopping Dobb's from running it however. Treons mobility may work in our favor.

This. I mentioned it in the earlier thread. I like where we are but I'm not sold on it yet. It's almost too good to be true.

I have the same feeling to an extent. We're better than they are, but this is the WLOCP. Weird shite happens.

I really think it's just a Muschamp type of effect.

We just feel like we can't win, because with him we could literally lose any game we played. We never had an easy win.

Last week I thought ya'll were going to do ungodly things to our backsides. We've gotten healthier in the trenches on both sides of the ball so I still think y'all will beat us but it will be a close, ugly, 17-13 game.

I'm sure y'all have. Georgia has specifically gotten healthier in the trenches on both sides of the ball which I think helps our chances. We'd still need a small miracle to win but it at least gives us hope. Has Florida been battling injuries on either line that the week off has helped with?

Just the time off has helped both teams...we havent had a weekend off til now and it has been pretty difficult. Both teams schedules are somewhat close...UT beat UGA and Bama beat you in your bigger games, LSU beat us in one of our toughest games. We had to overcome UK away and ECU at home when both were determined to beat us....ditto UT. We have 11 game streak against UT....forever and a year against UK. Ole Miss walked into a buzz saw.

Gonna need some big plays here and there to put UGA away. They are not a big play team and therein is part of their offensive problem. # 26 Malcolm Mitchell is a good receiver...I forget his number but Reggie Davis is speedy. Davis just missed catching a TD pass in the UT game that could have won the game for UGA. Who is oing to throw to them? Lambert is not elite and not that mobile. TEs are a big part of UGAs gameplan but that allows us to keep safetys up to help with run support.

Michel is a very good RB and Keith Marshall is also a good one who has had injuries...both highly recruited backs. UGA is just not a deep threat much of the time and big plays elude them. They miss Chubb who was a game breaker if he got to second level.

My biggest concern is our ability to run....the Gainesville Sun reported that our two frosh RBs have been practicing hard and according to RB coach the "light" is coming on for them and they now have have the protection package down pat...which is important and a few other things like blocking, lining up at WR...etc etc. They havent played much because of a few nagging bumps and bruises and they needed to learn the schemes and also make sure ball security is not a question.
