This bowl game will make or break Mac's tenure. Crappy play may scuttle what could be a recruiting class that finishes very strong. It could also make a lot of boosters close the book on Mac.
But if it's a strong performance, it could seal the deal on a strong recruiting class and combined those two could prompt boosters to commit to everything going on and all that Foley had started planning and so forth.

This class and the play of the offense next yr will define Macs tenure.
Id like to see him succeed so we re not hiring HCs every 3-4 years.
Plus there are slim pickings out there as far as guys we could land who could come in and turn it around.

The recruiting class is far more important than the bowl game, I just think Mac needs the positive momentum of a bowl win to help with recruiting.

I think the cheating at OM is just so bad because that's what you have to do to compete with the best when you have zero tradition or instate talent
