That was terrible. The team looked lost on all levels.

Wrong our defense was very good until they lost Gardner and were put on the field way too many times.

We can still turn things around yet...Franks needs to season...start Del Rio and let him manage the game and insert Franks a series each game and get him to CALM DOWN. Watch his Under Armour AA game,,,way too pumped, watch spring ball....ditto.

Defense is OK on the front 4, but has some obvious weaknesses on the edges at corner and safety. Washington and Henderson each blew two contain opportunites by just whiffing on tackles.

LB's are just average.

It's a ho-hum defense. Solid, but not special, and it has weaknesses on the edges and on the back side.

It could be a great defense if the offense gave it some support, but it won't, so I imagine this unit will be very injured and worn down by game 6 or 7.

The good news is that we almost never show up for the first game of the season -- whatever it is, we just seem to underperform on the road and in the beginning of the year.

I'm a lot more pessimistic about the offense, but hope Slayer is right in that we just need to start passing the hell out of the ball with Franks. Kid seems to have the strength of arm, and hit a few good passes but his ball security scares the frick out of me.

Defense, it's going to have blown coverages. This was the first game a lot of them have played together and had no cohesion or communication -- they simply broke at the end and it's really the same old story we've heard.

If McElwain doesn't improve by the next game, it's time to hang him up and look for a real head coach -- this was easily the worst coached game I've seen in his tenure even after the abomination at Arkansas.

UF & LSU have had mirror seasons since the 2k's.

Cam should have replaced Tebow.
Perrilloux should have replaced Flynn.

Both have had troubles finding a QB since.

I'm not feeling that positive about this year. Yesterday's game wasn't pretty.

Why is no one talking about how bad our pass rush was? It was non existent.
