I think the Treon Harris being player of the game is hilarious.

No shite, If I tried to count the numbers of receivers he just flat out didn't see and ended up loosing yards with a sack or the turn over I run out of fingers.

We need a kicker, a QB, an offensive line, and some teeth whitener.

Why not McGee? Or even Callaway? They out performed Harris.

Hell we can march out our Softball team and still do better on offense.

I have been stating that Treon just cant keep his feet in one spot. He is 5'11" and that might be part of the problem, but he just continues to roll out even when there isnt immediate pressure. Its maddening and Id rather have Graddy in there right now to be honest with you.

Treon has regressed horribly. He runs into sacks and does not have awareness of the pass rush around him. He is NEVER going to be more than a 50% passer. Coach McElwain has to see this and needs to be extremely vocal and demand an end to happy feet....with a warning that he is going to be benched if he does it again.

Our OL played poorly and FAU manhandled us and obviously wanted to win more than our offense. Thank God we have a defense that hides a lot of our offensive and special teams warts.

I do expect a much improved team effort against the girls school. We win with defense and our defense will shut down Jumbo Dumbos offense. Our missing DL will be back giving us a lot more rotation. We played guys like Justus Reed, true frosh # 95 Kelvonnis Davis and also got a lot of snaps out of Taven Bryan, Khairi Clark and even Jeremi Powell playing DE. I was scared as hell when we were battling FAU late in the 4th qt without Antonio Morrison and saw instead # 13 Daniel McMillian being sucked into a mass of blockers with the middle wide open. # 13 is skinny and does not have the bulk yet to play LB and he will be senior next year. Somebody get some milkshakes into that kid. We obviously missed McCallister , Ivie and Sherit.

Its also obvious that something is going on with Hargreaves....the past couple of games he has really been a no show and # 6 Wilson is playing instead. Our other CB Jalen Tabor is a ballhawk and is a thief in the night..he is always looking to pick off passes. Someone needs to tell Poole to wrap up runners instead of trying to knock them off their wheels. Jarrad Davis is a beast and I pray he returns next year...but he is showcasing that talent now....has non stop motor. We played a lot of snaps with backups in secondary also...Duke Dawson, Nick Washington, Marcell Harris etc etc. Didnt notice if Porter played.

No way to sugar coat this...we sucked camel dongs on offense. Im hoping we snap back and bring it next saturday and with a night crowd...and no 12 noon kick offs, we should play better and with max effort. Hate these noon kick offs..we never seem to do well. I cant even get a decent buzz at that time slot.

Someone on the radio broadcast said Hargreaves was throwing up in the locker room for most the game. I haven't heard it mentioned anywhere else but it made me think he has a stomach bug or some sort of other illness.

MIA, as he has been for most of the year.

Hes been underwhelming imo.

Of course, rumors are hes played majority of the year hurt going back to the ECU game.

I just watched the McElwain post game presser and I think he isnt joking about the field trip to a fish market...great PR and a way to get his players focused. But he still defends Treon and casts blame on the OL....I disagree...although the OL definitely didnt play that well..the inability to run the ball caused problems and more heat on QB etc etc...but Treon made way too many mental errors that were self inflicted.

One thing I learned was that Matt Rolin played and thats great news...we need depth at LB next year badly. Anzalone will be back also. Didnt know Brantley couldnt play...so thats FOUR DL out and yet our defense still played tough....unlike our dead fish OL.

I just am curious to see 2 weeks of bashing UF by the media and the impact it will have.

I don't imagine the team will enjoy getting disrespected like they will be in the next few days.

I really didn't think our offense was that terrible this season until the Vanderbilt game. We weren't world-beaters, but we seemed decent enough to get the job done.

Ever since then, we've been a dumpster fire... every bit as bad as we were with muschamp. We need to make an adjustment quickly because if we don't, we will without question get embarrased by FSU and bama.

What happened?

Treon regressing + a few OL injuries + dead fish energy and effort = our offense

The offense goes as the QB goes and there is no question that Treon has regressed horribly. Why? It might be because he has been starter since mid October and now feels he has the position sewed up no matter what.

Treon is also targeting his high school buddy Callaway and I think DRob and a few others may resent this? Its only my opinion and I may be wrong...or right. Again I will hark back to several weeks ago when I suggested that this team needs something on the OL to enable it to run the ball. I think we have had success with jumbo package with extra OL such DL helping to block. Have to throw off the package look or teams will really stack the line. Seven OL with two receivers and 1 RB. Its basically the double TE look...but with at least 1 TE a DL instead. We just dont have the bulk at TE to effectively run block well.

If we can run it changes everything. We need 150 yds against the girls school and hold them to under 125 yds to stamp 11-1 on our resume.

McGee is too good to underutilize moving forward. I have no idea why he doesn't at least get 7+ thrown his way a game. He catches it, he's solid for YAC and he's hard to cover.

But, Treon can't really hit a player a few yards in front of him.

Thank God McGee was thrown to some...some. You are preaching to the choir about McGee and his ability to really help us in passing game....BUT he is only average as TE blocking, # 30 ditto...thats why we bring in Ivie or Jefferson etc etc to be part of the jumbo package. We need 280-300 lbers to lead block.
We gain 150 or so yds rushing this weekend and we are probably 11-1. Much easier to do at home against a ranked hated rival at night. The noise will be deafening.

Rumors flying around about Jimbo to LSU and that helps get them out of focus. I dont care one way or another, we face both every year.

Treon's problem is the happy feet. He is rolling out after quick scan of the field and thats why he is missing open receivers...most of which are his third reads in close or mid range. Ive seen wide wide open wrs and he throws to wrong guys...the rolling out takes his eyes off the field for a second for him to see if theres room to run. Once in a while...ok...everybody makes mistakes...but it has gotten worse. I honestly would have him on short leash and Graddy warmed up. Treon took a wicked hit right at the end of the 3rd qt and Graddy had to come in against FAU.

I think that has finally started coming to an end. Not sure how many of y'all on Scout but an interview/article has Coach Mac admitting that Harris looks spooked and lost on the field. Really makes you wonder how bad of a QB Jacob Guy is if he hasn't even been given a chance yet...unless they take a look at him this week.
