2 freshmen LBs, an offense on life support, and an offense that is only averaging 16.5 PPG in their last 4 SEC games, against an LSU team that is coming off of their best game of the year.

Thoughts? Prayers?

Only the delusional. This is an average team at best with a great defense and we still maybe win the east. ? is how bad will recruiting be if we get blown out the next 2-3 games. We're in the 90s in total O and 100s in ppg bad.

A lot worse teams than 2016 UF have beaten a lot better teams than 2016 LSU.

Did anyone think Iowa would beat Michigan?

Pittsburgh over Clemson?

USC over Washington?

There's always a chance, and if we can keep it a low-scoring affair we can steal one with our stud-kicker.

Probably not, though. Offense has looked better under Appleby, but it probably will not be enough, but there's always a chance.

I don't think we can, but I know when you think one talented team has no chance against another talented team, the college football Gods do some weird stuff to make it happen. I think this could be a close game and a game that we have a chance to win. But I'm not going to pick us to beat them. Fournette and Guice are better than our defense right now. Etling won't be able to throw on our secondary and we have to hope that our DL outplays their OL and doesn't get pushed around by their OL.

On offense they can suffocate us. It Appleby can hit some of the throws he did against USCe and not turn it over, we have a chance. We gotta have sustained drives and get points when we have the opportunity to get them. The offense looked like it found a little confidence against USCe, so we'll have to see how they respond.

Our coaching is much better than theirs if it comes down to a close game and a big play call. I'd take Mac, Nuss, and Collins before anybody on their staff. So if it comes down to coaching, we have a huge advantage.

All that being said, I see it being 21-17 or 27-17 LSU, somewhere between a 4 and 10 point win for them.

Appelby and our OL will need to have the game of their lives. I think we can win if we can string together some long drives on offense to rest our D. If we can't do anything on O, they're going to blow it open in the 2nd half.

Call me delusional, I believe that if we play good, we can beat LSUcks. We will have to play really good! Never, ever count out the Gators.

Of course we can beat them. They are a heavy favorite because they have been playing much better and our offense is still sputtering, plus our guys are injured, but yes of course we can beat them. Not picking us to win, but i have seen stranger things.

No, but there is always a chance.
4 or 5 LSU turnovers would help.
If both lines man up and play the game of their collective lives, maybe.

A&M got 6 against Tennessee and couldn't put them away until they got their 7th in OT.

It's a game we were supposed to lose, even before the season started. I don't know why it would be unbearable -- aside from the absolutely deranged and delusional LSU fans.
