Mac knows what it takes to build a winner. This is his first full recruiting cycle and he did bring in our biggest positions of need for the most part. Yes we missed out on a few guys but overall we got a good foundation to build on and are looking pretty good for future classes.

Offense was our biggest need
The guys that went elsewhere had been getting recruited by those schools for the past two yrs, hard to swoop in and take them away in a few months.

Look at meyer in 2006. Got harvin spikes and tebow in his 2nd class. All 5 star.

Meyer is also one of the top recruiters in the country

Exactly - one of the top recruiters in the country mac is not...
Although, to be fair, his skill position class on offense is legit and will win Florida games as long as the crap defense recruiting doesn't lose them.

Not hard to judge after two though...
Just like we knew Meyer was an ace after one.
Muschamp landed a top 4 class, #2 in the SEC in his second recruiting class.
He had some key misses, but still ended top 4 with a lot of key players - many of which carried the team last year.
After 2 years we knew Meyer was lights out
After 2 years we knew Muschamp couldn't recruit offense

Brought in a good recruiter to the staff today, good to see its being addressed.

Yeah, the nice thing about Mac is he does seem to make decisions with urgency when changes need to be made.
