Really can't believe Mac is going to ride or die with Nuss,
Fully agree. Damn that Nuss missing wide open WR's and not having but 6 scholly OL to block some of the best front 7's in CFB.

Remember that time where we had two 500 yard games in the SEC since 2008? That's weird.

I agree even though I think Mac should be calling plays anyway . The offensive coaching is what is most likely to get him fired and he is a offensive coach. This year is the last year that he can fire Nuss in my opinion . There is no reason to fire Nuss after next year unless Mac is going with him. A new QB with some actual talen and the offense could look alot different next year.

Remember have less than 300 yards in multiple SEC games? I do.

He had his entire OL return. His offense has struggled under 4 QBs. He has zero feel for the game. You can't keep using that OL excuse it's been 2 years. His playcalling sucks, he's had 3 years of offenses at 2 different schools in the 100s. He's been fired from multiple jobs. He'll be gone in 12 months so there's that consolation prize

No. he didnt. This yr we had Fr starting along the OL so how in the hell do you get this?

If we get this locksley character, could he be an OC in waiting or something? You know, if Nuss is on some no tolerance policy and gets fired midway into the season?

You continue to prove over and over again that you have no idea what you are talking about.

He got fired from Bama and Michigan.
All his OL returned except for the SRs. The only true FR that saw significant playing time was Taylor
His offensive ranks the last 3 years:
UF 2016- 109
UF 2015-107
Mich 2014-113
His offense actually got worse somehow.
Keep denying the facts brah.

Lost Trip Thurman and Mason Halter. Though Halter was not a loss IMO. Especially when his dumbass fricked up the grad transfer stuff.
This was TJ McCoy's first year at UF.

Well when there was 6 of them just two years ago, you hope that we have some back. But your statement is misleading. We returned true sophomore Martez Ivey, true sophomore Fred Johnson, true sophomore Tyler Jordan, and two experienced guys in Cam Dilliard and David Sharpe. One of whom was too nice and the other was soft. We started two freshmen on the OL and finally next year will have built up enough quality depth to have a strong unit on the offensive line. You can't snap your fingers and magically create a good offensive line TJ. It's not that simple. It takes bodies and it takes cohesiveness. The staff has really put together a solid offensive line and we will see them only continue to get better going into the spring and next season.
The offense has been hampered in its statistical ranking due to the lack of depth that we have been forced to deal with on the OL and because of dealing with guys like Treon Harris, Austin Appleby, and Luke Del Rio playing quarterback. All of those quarterbacks are less talented than John brantley, Jeff Driskel, Jacoby Brissett, and will Grier. And despite the fact that we are working with shite for quarterbacks, Mac has still managed to have more success in two years than Muschamp was able to muster in 4.
You can deny facts all you want, but the most important fact is winning. We won 10 games in year 1, and what constitutes to 10 wins in year 2. Both years have been rebuilding years in which we have had a back up or a bandaid at QB and have been rebuilding our offensive roster. Our ranking at the end of year 1 was 25th and our ranking at the end of year 2 is 14th. We're improving.

WM won 11 games doing the same thing as Mac. Winning 10 games isn't a big deal when you get boat raced by decent teams and beat up on cupcakes. Nuss and Mac offenses were were these first 2 years than WMs last.

In year 1:
Will Muschamp was 7-6, won ugly in bowl game
Mac was 10-4, went to the SECCG, blown out in bowl game
Year 2:
Muschamp: 11-2, blown out in bowl game
Mac: 9-4 (would be 10-4), SECCG appearance, Dominate bowl game
Year 3:
Muschamp: 4-8
Mac: TBD
There's no fricking comparison between the 2. Mac has done more for the program than Muschamp did and in half the time. The success on the field has been better, and the roster on defense has maintained with young players performing at a high level in the bowl game while the roster on offense has drastically improved.
The improvements on the staff that are coming are only going to make the program get better and better.

So... kind of surprised Locksley hasn't been announced yet, hope this isn't a "announced after signing day" hire, we could really use a boost to get some positive momentum flowing.

UF is getting a lot of visit announcements recently from DMV area kids in the last few days.
DMV is Locksley's area.
