Any of yall played Windsor Parke in Jax before?

Playing there on the 30th for the first time and just curious what to expect. They keep the course pretty well maintained? Is it difficult? Lots of hazards? Any info on the course is appreciated, thank ya.

any other insight? It's close to the hotel and cheap. I'm not really looking for PGA tour quality, just a place to enjoy the day.
