Ehhhh... defense breakdowns made me nervous for a bit, but it was great to see the offense put a drive together like that with Treon to close the game out.

Treon looked meh today, slightly better, but the play calling was better.

TEs were very involved in the offense and that's the way it has to be for this team to move the ball.

My son aaked me today "Dad, why is Florida now 11 when they were 10 last week and won." I said its due to our offense being inconsistant. If we put up 30 plus a game we'd be top 6. Treon had some lady luck on his side today, had SC had an offense with a pulse we may have been in trouble. Coach Mac has zero faith in our kickers and its like hes watching our offense with his fingers crossed.

Hardin is a decent kicker and capable of hitting a 50+ yd FG...leg strength isnt a problem. We didnt need to kick but 1 FG and should have cashed that drive in for a TD.

We're playing with house money at 9-1 right now...lets kick FAUs azz and take those ketchup and mustard bastards behind the woodshed and get some recruits.

Prepare to be a little disappointed...we've been ignored most of the year and this mornings College Football Show on ESPNU didnt say one word about us...the only comment was Kevin Carter talking about how Clemson was giving free pizza to students and he said that while at UF during playing days that was what all the students survived on...pizza.

Oklahoma will jump us even though their loss was to a crappy Texas team at neutral site and we lost to LSU on the road. But it doesnt matter...win and we are in...beat the girls school and we will get some cred. I think we will be 8th in CFP...which is great...we will have several schools lose ahead of us lose soon....and if we take down the giant Bama team...we really jump. Just gotta win.
Right now the silence has worked for us....we just run under the radar.

Yeah, the nice thing this year is that Florida is in complete control of their destiny.

If they somehow manage to win out, they are in the play off. No way the SEC champ - especially if they only have 1 loss and knock off Alabama (especially the way that ALabama defense is playing) there is no fricking way in hell they are left out.

Only one Big 12 team will survive that fight, Ohio State may go unbeaten, same with Clemson... but that leaves one spot and UF will probably take it if they win out. If IF IF

I hate to be the turd in the punch bowl but I just don't feel good about our chances with bama hell we could very easily be embarassed by FSUcks. With our anemic, unidimensional offense I can't see much hope from those two games. That said, it has been a great season and coach Mac has them on the right track.

If we win out then we will be in the playoff. The PAC12 champ will have 2 loses so they are out.

Scariest part of this game was our defense looking human in that 4th quarter.

As good as that D is, they are capable of getting gashed. LSU did it. And if that happens against FSU or Bama, we're going down.

Sometimes you have to remind yourself that just because your defense is good doesn't mean they can't play badly. Makes me think of Louisville destroying us in the Sugar Bowl a few years back.
