Treon can still throw a deep ball when he has time (and no one taller than 6' in front of him).

How good is Jake Allen really?
I understand he has good stats, but is he actually elite or a product of being on a loaded roster?

He is a good QB. Won't wow you with his arm talent, but he is advanced as far as what it takes to play QB mentally. He anticipates throws and is sharp when it comes to knowing what is going on pre snap. He is a 4* QB, and I like him more than Feleipe Franks coming out of HS..

I think Franks will surprise some...his height is a big advantage and he towers over other players. Whether he catches on his second or third year? Dunno. The ability to take talent and then learn how to use it is an art that that some have and some dont. Watching he and Eason in the US Army AA game was an eye opener...both put too much pressure on themselves and shite the bed.

DT, LB, CB, and TE are going to be HUGE areas of need as we appear to have dropped the ball here in 2016. Actually we got some #s at LB, but not highly rated. Hopefully R. Shannon can coach dem boys up.
With that being said I hear there are 2 in state DTs are are highly regarded but are already considered locks to free shoes u. With our glaring need at DT and FSU depth chart do we have any chance with these 2 or have we already conceded them? Sorry I don't know their names. Have just seeen them referenced.

The LBs we got aren't just depth guys. They can all play.
Need numbers at OL, DT, and CB.

I wonder if Mac will dip into the Juco ranks for another OL and DT this year or try to obtain transfers. If so they count as the 2016 class correct?
Pulling no TEs in this class still irks me. I know to trust Mac and Co, but as much as he loves to use a tight end it seems they would have gotten somebody. Need depth for sure especially for running two TE sets. Still don't have a true in-line TE either as far as I can tell.

My problem is not WHO we signed....its who THEY signed thats worrisome more than anything. the girls school needs to be toppled and the rightful throne be restored.

How in the holy hell does Auburn sign a monster WR class and their WR coach (who is an alum) bails a week later to be the WR coach at LSU? And none of the new WR signees seem to care.
