I don't know a about you guys but Cleveland, Massey, Swain, Hammond, Wells is a great WR class. Maybe best in the nation.

Vosean Joseph has stuck with UF. Thought he was gone but glad he stayed.

Per SEC Country "According to sources close to the florida program, Manuel would have had trouble meeting the academic requirements for UF enrollment. An IMG spokesperson had previously told SEC country that Manuel had work to do in the classroom."

Clayton has faxed in his LOI.

Jaewon Taylor has stuck with UF over Georgia.

Fulton is 50-50 still.

Aaron Robinson has flipped to Bama. There was rumors of this yesterday. DB depth is gonna be a problem. He said part of the reason was he never got an in home with Mac.

I have a small inclination that Fulton commits to LSU, but doesn't send in LOI until after today. Some stuff going on with Corey Raymond.

That'd be interesting to watch.

Any chance with Simpson?

We are gonna be really thin in the secondary two years from now.

Like 2007 inexperienced but zero depth.

Yikes.

Lets focus on who we did get at this point.
Needed QB, check
Needed WRs, check
RB, check

Defense will be good enough while our offense can finally create an identity for itself.

We land a good DB coach and next year we ll be in the top classes.

Overall good offensive class love our WR's. Decent Defense class

The things that concern me about the recruiting finish is
Out of the top 50 players in Florida UF signed 4 (0 in top 10), Miami had 10 and FSU had 8. Clemson also beat us in Florida. Mac specifically said he wanted to win Florida and hired the coaches that "owned florida". That didn't happen.
We started the day with 26 finished with 24 7th in the SEC in number of ESPN 300 commits. (#12 per ESPN)
Lawing got Burns and Manuel which helped FSU get a monster class I hate FSU but the gap is widening between us and them .

Brett Bielema said "Florida is kind of the new Ole Miss doing some things in recruiting that kind of shock you a little." Guess he is building up the game this year.

I do like that we aren't reaching on players just to fill out the class. But we are gonna be thin at DB, LB and DL in the near future. A lot of our DB's will be Juniors this year with Maye being a senior

Fulton has already signed his LOI.

This is our second worst ranked class since 2005 per ESPN

This was the year of the famed 2nd year bump and it didn't pan out exactly great.

I'm officially concerned about this group of coaches' and their ability to recruit at a high level.

LB, DB and DT should have been easy with the playing time available.

I'll go ahead and say it. I, just my opinion, do not believe Mac has "it" and that "it" is what gets National Championships.

Per Luke Stampini "Joseph Putu CB sent his LOI into Florida per his coach"

Most likely the reason for Arky coaches comment.

No DL and missed a bunch of OL is going to hurt us in 2017 and 2018. Damn I wanted to keep Manuel and add one more OL.

Imo Grier really put it to us, he went balls deep on UF doing what he did. Getting suspended and making us look like a damn dumpster fire. The 2nd half of the season was just pitiful. So i can see that being a concern for recruits.

But, winning cures all. We come out this season and show a foundation to build on and i believe we ll be fine.
