After the depression of last year I have not been following but it is about to start, anybody pay attention this summer want to get me up to speed?

UF should be pretty good this year and it would seem from the rankings that UK is our top competition with a few teams receiving votes. We have been ranked up there for a while and it would be nice to break through and win one this year.

Any breakdown on individual players?

As stated in the OP I did not pay attention to new faces and changes in lineups. Aside from the post season implosion my niece has been told to focus on just one sport so she had to drop several and volleyball was one of them so an SEC volleyball ride seems less likely now.

Alhassan and Snyder played for the US Junior team this summer. USA Volleyball Collegiate team this summer was coached by Coach Wise and featured junior Alex Holston. And so far Florida are preseason favorites in the SEC and ranked #4 in the preseason AVCA poll. The only new recruit I see is Taelor Kellum from Chattanooga.

I would be lying if I knew what any of that meant in re: this season's prospects.
