Gonna be sitting in section 604 with your fan base. My roommate is a USC grad and we got tickets through gamecock club. Here's to a good game

I will be there for the 8th straight time. Always a good time down there.

Isn't that by the sun, but left of the moon?
I will not be there. I'm coaching 2 games that morning, and then going to a youth game in the afternoon, then a party that night. I hope these people don't mind that I'll be walking into their home and turning on the tv or changing the channel to our game. I am bringing a nice gift, so I should have some persuasive cred here, I believe. Plus, most of them are duke or unc fans, so I don't think they care about watching football on tv anyways.

Can't beat Athens. 5th straight for me.
We have two extra tickets for sale in the Carolina uppers if anyone's thinking about making the trip.

I'll be there.
For once, I won't be sitting in the stratosphere during the game.
Pumped is an understatement.

Not this year ... I'll be watching another one here in Honolulu. Can't say I'm going to miss it on any level. It could get ugly.

Speaking of, where are the pics you promised?
On a related note, had family in Columbia yesterday but no Scrooter to meet.

The weather so far has not cooperated. Rsiniest tropical season in 30 years. Beach talent is thin.
We went to Pearl Harbor today ... but nixed the trip out to the Dole Plantation because of heavy rain.

Can't blame you for that.
Board wars were ugly. It'll come though. When the time is right.
Talent pics on this beach .... weather is what it is. Do a weather Google on Honolulu right now ... "record rainfall Honolulu.". It is what it is.
Cockaboose get-together .... didn't figure the construction shutdown they imposed during the Springs Brook Plaza phase. It was what it was. It'll happen though
Life is what it is. Learned that long ago.

... in the meantime, here is a pic of the most beautiful woman I've seen on Waikiki so far.
My wife ... 50 years young and still refusing to dye the gray out of her hair. I caught her trying to take a picture of the storm moving in on Diamond head. She loves letting people know we are South Carolinians wherever we go. And I've taken her everywhere.

Waikiki is normally loaded with talent ... so you can see what we're dealing with. The normal locals and tourists are not used to the thunderstorms and heavy rains like we are in SC ... but my girl was fascinated by the storm moving in on Diamond Head.

Here's a pic I just walked out on the balcony a took from our penthouse. It's only 11:51 PM here right now. They don't do daylight savings time.
I keep telling my wife I want to sell this place, just stay at The Ritz or something when we have to be over here for her business, I could make a killing ... but she keeps asking me not to. She loves the view, especially at night. So I figure, what the hell ... if it makes her happy ....

From the other angle ... I gotta admit, I like the view sometimes. It's a getaway of sorts for me. I like looking down on the other high rises especially. It's a quirk of mine.
But I like The Ritz too ... and years ago I bought her diamond (and later her watch, see pic above,) at Tiffany's here on the Island at The Ritz. That was before I bought this Penthouse.

Here's an interesting pic I took out of the window of my wife's new Honolulu office. I mean it's not that interesting except ...
It was Edward Snowden's office. She's the first one moving into it since the bastard defected.
They are letting her decorate it though.
