I'll start:

- Our CB's giving 5+ yards of cushion the whole game and then wondering wtf we are getting beat on slant plays.

- Depending on 2nd half adjustments on the defense so they don't allow 300+ yards, like they did in the 1st half.

- Nunez holding onto the ball in the pocket if his 1st and 2nd read are not open. mizzou has a good pass rush, he's gong to need to take off quicker if his early reads aren't open.

- SC trying to run the ball between the tackles on 1st and 2nd down and then putting ourselves in 3rd and long situations to open drives. We have speed in the RB's and QB and mizzou is strong on the DL, we need to get to the perimeter.

I agree with all that you've said. But I will be angry if there isn't some leadership exhibited on the field. I want to see improvement. A competent offensive identity. An aggressive defense.

There needs to be a compete level that was so clearly missing in the Mitch games, and the UGA abortion. I can stomach losing, but only if the team is playing all-out.

The season can change if the team shows out and plays to its potential on Saturday.

The main thing for me is what you said in number 1. If we constantly give up the 8 yard slant routes all day, we will get blown out.

I'll go ahead and say another thing that mizzou is going to do defensively. They saw Nunez put up 140 yds rushing, so they are going to have an OLB or maybe a Safety spy him.

If that's the case, then roll outs with the QB/OL and comeback routes with WR (or hook routes with the TE) are going to pay off huge.)

Remember 3 years ago when Justice Cunningham had 1 billion catches against them? They had a spy on Shaw (their OLB) and Cunningham would run a quick hook, right in the middle of the field, and be open all the time. We kept picking up 8+ yards over and over again with that. We even ran it 3 times in a row on 1 drive.

Justice and Mike Davis on the screen pass. That was our bread and butter that night. Mike played like crap in the first half, but then had some huge plays off of the screen in the second.

Multiple delay of games on our O.

Our defenses not even swinging their purses at opposing ballcarriers.

I second the above on bubba.

K Griff not getting a lot of snaps.

Clemson beating ND.

Losing another coin toss and having to receive the opening kickoff would piss me off, don't ask me why it just would.

Even if we win the coin toss Spurrier is likely to receive first anyway.

Seeing Nunez complete a decent pass, then the next 4 drives are 3 and outs because they are all pass play calls.

watching Al Harris jr get burnt the entire game for the fourth game in a row.

Watching Williams run into the line and fall down a la Jarvis Giles.

Everything you have mention, especially this:

One that always annoys me is that we will be doing well being balanced running and passing, and then we will see 8 passes in a row and have to punt two straight drives.

The other is having to hear after the game we should have gotten so and so the ball more. Maybe we need to run it more. After any loss you are almost guaranteed to hear that.

-called pass plays on 1st & 10 that result in an interception

-play clock at 15 before the offensive huddle turns away from our coaches/sideline and walks towards the LOS

-any of our DEs/LBs both getting blocked by 1 OL at the same time...this has happened more than once this season

I thought we did well against the slant last weekend. I understand the disappointment of losing. I understand that our defense hasn't been great. But our coaches know what they're doing. Take away the Kentucky loss and no one is super pissed right now. Win this one and we will feel a lot better. Anyway, what pisses me off the most in a game is shitey refs. I just hope the calls go our way tomorrow.

My thoughts exactly ... to a T.

I'd add trying to go deep all the time rather than taking what they give us across the middle and in the flats from time to time.

And I'd hope we use our TEs until they figure it out.

I never thought we would've had 16 points called back, but you're right, that pisses me off.
