And so it begins.
Shaq Davidson is transferring. WR outta Gaffney ... not unexpected.

I didn't expect him to transfer. I know the injury bug got him, but I was looking forward to watching him rebound this year. Hopefully he does really well wherever he goes.

Real bummer, wanted to see him flourish.

I alluded to this yesterday with my comment about we were about to process someone, or some two ... but I didn't expect it to happen until Monday.

Not sure about Johnson, but Harris probably lined up 15 yards outside the weight room.

That's just plain funny right there.
The thing with Harris ... and I flat out came out and let everyone here know about this during last season but, Harris was a cancer on the team. He and Blackshere were both major problems.
Johnson just seemed to me to have lost interest. Where he started with his attitude I do not know - he was not this way when he first arrived. There may be some other things going-on as well, but he basically committed football suicide .... I think he wanted to be kicked off the team.

I am STILL laughing about this comment!

Yeah, just saw that at gogamecocks.com
He looked like he would develop into a dangerous WR. I guess he and the new staff didn't get along.
I guess he didn't make the baseball team either this year right?

He never showed interest in baseball once he got on campus.

Anyone hearing that Shaq Roland may re-enroll?

Yep ... there is a thread on it just below this one. I'd link it for you but I'm on my phone.

Just saw it. Interesting stuff there.

weird situation. He was probably going to make the 2 Deep, I guess Bryan Edwards arrival and training has been overshadowing him.

I think it has more to do with some words exchanged, a falling out of sorts, with one of the coaches from what I am hearing.
He was basically told to get with the program or he was welcome to transfer.
There are more to come.

Confirmed today that David Johnson failed a drug test. Boom ain't playing around.
Also, DJ Neal got in the dog house with a few of the coaches. His parents even came down to try and repair the situation, but the damage was done.
