NBA Playoffs aren't cool till the final
The Stanley Cup is about to be Ottawa-Nashville.... errr no one cares
The allure of opening day has worn off and now we are facing the dog days of summer in the MLB
Spring game is done, March is over -college sports done till august
And there's not an NCAA video game coming out to win 8 national titles in a row
What the frick am I supposed to do to get sports fix!?!??
Buy a Phil Steele magazine that won't even be accurate by the time 30% of the rosters he has get kicked off the team or benched?

Here's where you're wrong... I think the pens might beat Ottowa and face the Preds. I am all in on the Preds though, really hoping they can push through and win it all. Would love to see Subban get the Cup to spite all those smarmy Montreal fans.

I've been watching a lot of hockey lately. Still don't fully understand all the rules, but the Stanley Cup playoffs are a lot of fun - definitely the more entertaining of all major sports postseasons.
You're right, though, OP. Once the Stanley Cup ends, the long summer sets in. At least golf will be on.

Preds/Pens would be a fantastic SCF. And you're absolutely right- the NHL playoffs are infinitely better than any other league's postseason, AINEC.

One can only hope it's the Penguins.
That said the entire playoffs in the NHL are better.
But the NBA finals of Warriors-Cavs part 3 is going to be EPIC.
Better than any Stanley cup final
