That is damn strange. I've sent it twice now.
Maybe it's being filtered out of your mail system maybe, into your spam or something? I dunno?
Let me try to run a test and send it to myself.
ETA: Mike ... it's gotta be on your end. I just BCC'd myself and resent it and it arrived immediately. It's strange though, that you got the first one but not the second one.
