I am going to go with ZERO for the line.

Once, they will mention it once in a segment. Impact on recruiting and focus of current players.

ZERO
so what would constitute it being mentioned under ZERO times?

under ... they'll likely not breech the subject for fear of retribution from UNC/Swofford(ACC) and they've probably been instructed, to not touch it, by the NCAA.

Under.
They will talk about it less than zero times by saying Fedora was brought in after the scandals under Butch Jones and give the impression that they are over

Those of y'all watching the game on tv, and who have twitter, should keep posting/tagging ESPN and the announcers bringing it up. If enough people talk about it in social media, they might bring the topic up more often.

The classic ESPN deflection
They go negative on somebody else instead. Like now Terps are out of the ESPN family and in the FOX family they do a story on some shenanigans at Maryland.
Not sure you remember the heyday of Tark the Shark, but this was classic Tark.
Tarkanian would drive to your house to talk about UCLA basketball in the glory years under John Wooden. He admired Wooden but thought the NCAA had turned a blind eye to favors provided by Bruins booster Sam Gilbert.
Tarkanian's rolling mantra was that the NCAA had a double-standard for enforcement, that it picked on smaller schools but protected the sugar-daddy power programs. This produced variations of his most famous quote: "The NCAA was so mad at UCLA they gave Northridge two more years of probation."
Hence, to dip below ZERO, ESPN would talk about another problem somewhere else instead on UNC. That happens and Under wins.

Missed part of the 1st half when someone called me about Breeders Cup tickets - not sure why people are clueless this is night CFB started back up. Missed part of the 2nd half flipping to Vandy vs WKU game.
Part I saw did not have anything but did not see all of it. Anybody live in the stands see any posters from fans? Didi not see any on TV.

ESPN not only has it's big CFB deals with the SEC, but it also has it's big CBB deals with the ACC. As far as men's basketball is concerned, the ACC is as big to ESPN as the SEC is with CFB. ESPN won't air dirty laundry in front of the public unless final conclusions are inevitable. And then it's big news, and ESPN can draw viewers by reporting big news....
