Hmm... Not sure if leaving because of bad attitude/laziness is an accountable offense.
CIYE will have to confirm the ruling.
Anyways Al Harris couldn't tackle a high school receiver, let alone a D1 SEC receiver. So he needed the workouts more than anyone. Oh well hopefully he rides daddys name somewhere else, probably SC state.

With this past LB transfer we are just now within the 85 Schollie limit. There will be more attrition though probably.

UT is rapin e'rybody - Confirmed
SCAR - 3 - More Info Needed. I'd think the 2 guys who quit going to workouts essentially just quit the team, but I could see how their lack of attendance to "voluntary workouts" could also be viewed as a cause/reason for them not being on the team anymore. The LB who didn't really play at all is transferring somewhere to get more PT.
UGA: 0 -Inaccurate, by the standards you put for SC, but more information is needed - UGA already had transfers: Faton Bauta, Tramel Terry, Shaquery Wilson, and Jonathan Abram. However, if these guys are just looking for playing and there wasn't some type of violation that led to them seeking the transfer, would it be fair to include them in the Official Count?

AJC had more info on the arrest of Ledbetter.
https://www.ajc.com/news/sports/college/georgia-player-arrested-trying-enter-bar-fake-id/nqpwH/
Ledbetter was placed under arrest and turned over to a transport unit. At that point, the report finishes with the note: “A gentleman by the last name of Gant approached and informed me he was Coach Gant and inquired about Ledbetter.”
That was almost certainly Bryant Gantt, a program coordinator for the football team since 2011, who also worked for 19 years at a law firm. Gantt lettered on Georgia’s football team in 1989 and 1990. Looks like their coaches/admins are patrolling the bars

he arresting officer wrote in his report that Ledbetter was “very inebriated” as he tried to go into the bar. The doorman told Ledbetter he could not go in.
At that point the officer approached and overheard Ledbetter say he had another ID. Then Ledbetter, “fumbled through his wallet attempting to retrieve another ID.” The officer said he could see a Georgia driver’s license “protruding from his wallet,” which the officer then “retrieved” and noticed a 1997 birthday.
“Due to Ledbetter’s inebriated state and stature I asked him to step away from the entrance and I took possession of his wallet finding a fraudulent photo copy Georgia Driver’s License with Ledbetter’s information but with a date of birth of (redacted) 1992,” the report states. “I requested another unit to my location due to Ledbetter’s stature and inebriation.”

ATHENS
Two Georgia freshman early-enrollees were arrested overnight on two felony counts related to a BB gun and property damage, according to Athens-Clarke County jail logs and a statement released by the program.
Defensive lineman Julian Rochester and cornerback Chad Clay were booked early Tuesday at 12:13 a.m. on two felony counts. As of this story’s publication, both were still incarcerated. Both are being charged with possessing a weapon in school zone and with criminal damage in the second degree.
"I'm disappointed with the poor judgment of Julian and Chad," head coach Kirby Smart said. "We expect full compliance with the policies of the University and of our football program from all our student-athletes. Information is still being gathered but they will be disciplined in an appropriate manner."
The weapon charge related to the BB gun was given a disposition of no bond. The criminal damage charge has a bond of $5,000 for each player.
Clay was booked at 12:13 a.m. and Rochester was booked at 12:29 am

While there, they also noticed several BBs on the floor of the hallway outside the room, as well as a BB lodged in a hallway light diffuser, and another located in the drywall. A custodian had also advised that she had “cleaned up several BBs from the hallway adjacent” to the rooms, and in the elevators.
At that time, the estimated damage was broken down by the foreman:
$350 for the door to the adjacent room if it could not be replaced, $100 if it could be repaired.
$650 to the refrigerator in Rochester and Clay’s room
$75 to the light diffuser in the hallway
$10 for holes in the wall next to the adjacent room.
Witness statements were then taken from four people, and then a search warrant was sought to search the common areas of the room for any handguns, BB guns, or ammunition or projectiles related to handguns. The warrant was granted, and further investigation of the room found: A total of 12 BB “indentions” on the refrigerator and freezer; several more indentions in the drywall behind the refrigerator; a “great deal” of broken glass on top of the refrigerator; “several” BB indentions on the fronts of six wooden cabinets in the kitchen.
Additional, several wine bottles and two liquor bottles had “apparently” been struck with a BB-sized projectile.
At that point, another search warrant was sought and obtained for the bedrooms. It was in the bathroom of what was identified as Bedroom A – belonging to Clay – that suspected marijuana remnants were found, along with a red and clear glass bong and a grinder. The police report states that the “baggie did not contain a sufficient amount of marijuana for testing, therefore no charges were filed concerning this item.”
