Unless it comes out later that he got in trouble for something or was academically DQ'd, no it won't count.
The spirit of this competition is to point out the guys that get in trouble or frick up; if a guy transfers just to get more PT somewhere else, it won't count.

I don't really follow this stuff closely. What's the count at currently? Based on this thread, it appears the count is at a total of 1, which happened 8 months ago before the bowl game in a 1 game suspension.
Lots of people gonna overshoot this one I'd guess.
Also, not to tell you how to run things, but the title is misleading. You say "suspended/leave during the offseason", however early December is not the offseason, as there were still games yet to be played. Perhaps our count is actually at zero? Just a suggestions for the '16 thread!

There's still a month left, a lot of the tPOS stuff happens in groups. Like the Crowell car incident or all the players that committed fraud last year.
Really surprised nothing came out of the Spring Break Lightening Round, but that doesn't mean nobody is suspended, they just might try to keep it quiet until right before the game.

I said last year that I was going to start the '15 one right after the end of the Reg Season. Y'all usually have some solid tPOS'ing in December.

WIth about a little over a week left, the official count is still at 1. There may be more suspension that we aren't made aware of until game time, so the official winner won't be declared until after the 1st game.
Several posters are vying for the Title this year and if things stand how they officially are right now, it will come down to who predicted the right offense.
Mackenzie was suspended for a violation of team rules. I don't think Floyd's answer "staring at some dudes boner" goes against any uga policy as those dogs love bones.
Mackenzie may have interrupted bible study with Richt, that might be a team rules violation. We may find out what really happened from another source.
A couple posters also had 2 as their pick, so it's still anyone's game.

The final tally is in. In an astonishing turn of events, only player, Isaiah McKenzie, was known to be suspended or dismissed from the team for disciplinary reasons following the end of the Reg Season. That is a drastic change from Richt's 10 year average.
Mark Richt just might be getting control of uga football.
