Odds Tanner actually fires his friend after missing tournament?

First off, how sad is it that given our dominance in baseball just a few short years ago it's now our only major sport to not even make the post season? Our basketball team makes the Final Four and our baseball team can't even make the tournament. Crazy times!
Anyways, is there anyone that thinks Chad survives this season having missed the tournament for the 2nd time in three years? I 100% absolutely think he needs to be gone, but I honestly believe Ray will give him one more year. Please tell me I am underestimating Tanner as an AD and that Chad will get a pink slip this week.

I think he gets one more year with forced staff changes.

Heard chad stays, Espo gone with Toman coming back. Horrible moved IMO, Toman and Holbrook will butt heads worse than him and Buscher.

Situation with Buscher still pisses me off.
