Don't be a child. I have been here since Dietzel (sp). We have made four good hires in that almost 50 years: Carlen, Joe, Lou and Steve. Not to answer for him, but no, most of us aren't completely pleased with it. But what's our alternative? To withdraw support, or to cancel memberships? That certainly won't help anything.
Realistically, all you can do once the hire is made is support the guy until he's no longer here, and hope that he succeeds and proves the AD right.
Yeah, it's not got the highest probability for success, but what's the other option?

I am pleased. Muschamp is a good coach. A good head coach? Not yet but I think he will be. He will recruit like hell and our defenses will be good. I think he can hire a good OC and get the job done. Maybe I'm the only one.

Give this a few years to actually find out how Muschamp does on the field before you crucify Ray.
All the candidates after had their concerns in various areas. Just know we're getting a guy who will be the hardest working we've ever had, he's an excellent recruiter & will build a hell of a staff.

Unfortunately, you are spot on the money. But I have a good friend on the BOT if this experiment doesn't work. And Ray can be replaced.

Peoples entire opinion of what muschamp can't do is being based solely on what he didn't do at UF.
There's no guarantee that muschamp is going to work here or not work just like there's no guarantee the other candidates would be so great here.
