How did we get here?

Just actual data to demonstrate what a lot of people were saying about those classes after the Clowney class. It's incredible to think how poorly we did in those classes given all the momentum we had on and off the field. Recruiting is always going to be a hit and miss deal, but we did a whole lot of missing. Even with Mike Davis being one of the two bright spots, we only got him at the last minute because Florida pissed him off and recruited over him.

Just goes to show how much of a liability SOS was on the recruiting trail. We got negatively recruited against SO hard. After reading that, I'm amazed we didn't go WORSE than we have since then.

Anyway, upward and onward...

The most frustrating thing about that class is striking out on the 3 receivers we signed and not giving Quinshad Davis an offer when he wanted to come here.

Could you imagine Davis and Cooper in the same offense in 2014?

As the game changed the old school coaches seemed to get phased out.

Happened to SOS, as well as Bobby Bowden.

Seems to be happening to Snyder at K State too, not like he ever pulls in top talent, he gets the most out of it sure but in that conference I feel like you can just put in some type of spread no huddle and you'll win games.
