22 Infractions, 9 by football, mostly all remedied already by the school and accepted by NCAA. This is just housekeeping. I expect WM to crack down on stuff like this moving forward. Not a big deal at all though in the grand scheme.

We continue to be Honesty & Oversight U. Other schools would do well to learn from our righteousness.

It's not a big deal at all, and I'm on the opposite side, I hope Will Muschamp opens this way up. Who cares about the NCAA anymore? They self destructed with the unc investigation/NOA, they let penn st get out of punishments early for covering up child rape, AND they don't ever investigate $ exchanges... unless there's an eye witness, whistle blower, with a paper trail, who's willing to testify. (B/c they don't have subpoena powers.) frick the NCAA, they are just a name on a building.

Well the part of me that wants to win at all costs says yeah recruit like crazy. However the part of me that would hate having wins vacated is just a little bit stronger ha. I do think Muschamp and co. tend to operate a little more in the grey area when it comes to recruiting than the previous staff did. And hey if it only brings minor stuff like this but translates to landing better prospects, I'm all for it.

I agree completely.

frick it.

Lets start spending that dough on recruits. The rest of the conference does it.

Stop putting money into Sand Volleyball and Diving and start putting it in the pockets of 5* Quarterbacks.

I'll take one football SEC Title over 10 of those national titles. Much better for the school as well.

Come to the Dark Side, let it flow threw you. The NCAA reinstated penn st's wins after it was proven that they covered up child rape.....they don't vacate wins anymore, if they aren't going to take them away for covering up child rape.

I really don't care about this at all.

As long as I get to experience that season, vacated or not it will forever be in my memories as a national title.

Well I guess I am in the minority but whatever. As long as it translates to wins.

You probably aren't.

or just aren't as vocal about it as I am.

I truly don't give a shite what happens. Do whatever we can to win. I really don't think the death penalty will be given out anymore especially an SEC team that has a large TV network with one of the larger sports providers in the US.

Cool slap us on the wrist with probation and bowl ban the next 2 years, but that will never erase the memory of that season and seeing our guys lift that national championship trophy.
