I was a little salty about this, but driving to work this morning through Forest Acres, and it makes sense. Still a massive police, DNR, and National Guard presence down there.

It is what it is ... what a crazy season so far.

I've still not been to a home game. Never saw this coming.

Honestly, we may play better there than here, who knows. I dunno. They are probably going to bend us over and go in dry either way. I'm hoping not.

I hope all their players go out the night before and get HAMMERED drunk, I'm talking blackout. That may be our only shot to win this game.

I'm pretty pissed about it. I'd prefer a cancellation or a pro stadium over actually going to the other team's stadium. It has nothing to do with LSU personally, I'd be pissed if we had to go anywhere else.

Are the Panthers / Falcons playing home games on Sunday? Perhaps they were too close and still would have caused lots of people in SC to travel in and around the flooded areas.

Panthers have a bye, but they are having field restoration and new sod laid at BofA this week, so it will not be ready for play until mid week next week.

They also have a strain on first responders because of the NASCAR race in Charlotte Saturday night

I'd rather play the game in an empty Williams-Brice stadium and just let the media people in like the Oriels did during the riots. But I guess since its a football game they want to get whatever revenue they can.

And it wouldn't be as big a deal if it were the UGA game or somewhere similar that is close enough for a decent amount of USC fans to drive to. There will hardly be any USC fans at this "home" game.

fricking sucks. I was looking forward to see Fornette in person

My buddy and I got season tickets from a professor, so we have to hope he gives us whatever refund he gets. We also paid a lot to park where we do (at Conquest), so hopefully we get reimbursed for them.

I was already kicking myself for spending money I shouldn't have and this season has turned out the way it has has made it worse. I have only ever been to all games in a season when I was at Carolina. This is my first time getting season tickets. Boy did I choose a great season.

Well, we have a better record at Baton Rouge against them than we do at home since joining the SEC...

1994 Monsoon game...

Brandon Bennett to Blake Williamson on a throw-back TD

Pritchett with the winning TD and Curly Hallman blew a timeout on the 2-pt try.

curse of the purple home jerseys for LSU...

1st Half...

2nd Half

Tanner might be the biggest douche push over in the history of athletics. We dont even get the return game in 2020. Aleva probably shite himself with laughter after he "negotiated" with Ray "aw shucks" Tanner. I want my fricking money back.

And before anybody asks, i have been impacted by flooding. I live on the edge of heathwood And forest acres. I sympathize with those that have it worse than me and i have been working my arse off since sunday straightening out my own personal shite storm as well as doing anything i can to assist those less fortunate than myself.

This is a fricking loser decision.

I want to give a special shout out to the widow of the fallen forest acres police officer that was killed by a piece of shite out on bond last week. This lady had herself out at food banks volunteering and packing lunches. She and the fund set up for her last week have suffered inmeasurably. That is one hell of a woman there.

Pretty harsh on Tanner, but I don't completely disagree.

Ready for this season to be over already.

I think that the better consolation would have been for LSU to return here in 2020. I completely understand the moving of the game, but I think that there could have been a far better alternative than to have it played in BR.

I understand what you are saying, but this is not McNeese State

And there is precedent for this - remember when my Dawgs got their asses whipped in the Sugar Bowl?

In Atlanta?
